School, work and Iain... Oh my!

This morning I woke up thinking today was going to be a relaxing day. My first day off in a week and not much needing to be done. That ended up being the opposite of what happened. I had to call my bank, AVON, Iains doctor, my home warranty people and do laundry. I also registered for school. I signed up for two classes, circuit weight training and a walking/jogging class. I will be going monday through thursday after work. I also recieved a few calls from people to do stuff. One of those calls has me going into work tonight from 9p-2a. I am pretty tired since I have been getting up at 4 in the morning to get to work at 5:45a. Another of my calls was from my old boss for me to work next tuesday all day. I guess being busy could be good for me but, why then, do I feel that soon I will be stretched too thin. All well, I'll keep going and hope for the best. Things should die down after a few weeks.

The Job

So, I have a new job. I posted things about this job before but it probably wasn't very clear. I wasn't even really sure what my job entailed at that time. So now I know. Basically I am the bank for a casino. I give people their winnings and take their losings. Pretty simple, you think, But not really. It can get crazy with some people winning, some losing and some pushing. Plus there are all kinds of different bets and ways of paying them. It could get confusing if you lose track of anything happening on the table. So, this past two weeks have been stressful and confusing and... my head hurts! All well, another day, another dollar.

P.S. I am sorry to anyone for being unavailable or aloof. I am trying to juggle twice as many things as I was before and I was busy before!
